I just completed the 'Full Licence Upgrade from Salesperson' via Zoom over 2 full days and I couldn't recommend it enough! The information was concise, learned heaps, small class, the right amount of interaction, plenty of small breaks to keep us energised and Amber the instructor was AMAZING! I did a Self Paced course through REIQ for my Registration and although I got it done, now that I have experienced the Complete Property Training Zoom Courses, I will never go back. I will continue to go through Complete Property Training for ongoing CPD courses, too. Thank you, Amber! 🫶🏻

Lisa delivered an engaging and practical training session using a real-world scenario involving an owner, property manager and agency. The case study encouraged genuine discussion and critical thinking around communication, accountability and relationship management, rather than simply focusing on legislation and theory.
I found the session highly relevant to day-to-day property management and took away several practical lessons that I can apply in my role. Lisa presented the material clearly, encouraged participation and created an environment where different perspectives could be discussed openly.

I cannot recommend Complete Property Training enough, especially Amber! She was absolutely amazing - super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and always approachable. She has a great way of keeping the energy up, making the course both fun and highly engaging.
I had previously started my full license online with another organisation, but switching to the in-room training here was the best decision I made. The process was so much easier to navigate, and the learning material is vastly superior and up-to-date.

Great real estate training from the team at Complete Property Training. The course was, practical and packed with strategies I could use immediately in the real estate work force. The scripts, systems and real life examples really boosted my confidence. Kirsty was a fantastix trainer and always made me feel extremely comfortable. I recently completed the 4-day Complete Training Course and had a great experience overall. Amber was an amazing trainer — incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly.
The course content itself was thorough and well delivered. The only downside was that the PDF workbook was quite difficult to edit and took longer than expected to complete, which made parts of it a bit frustrating. However, I understand they are transitioning to a new system, which will hopefully improve this.
Overall, a very positive experience and I’d definitely recommend the course.

This course has been fantastic. My trainer Amber really explains everything so well, the workbook & learning resources are really detailed & I've gained so much out of this. I'm glad I didn't do the course via correspondence as the zoom delivery has been amazing.
