Real Estate Courses Cairns Dates 2020

Due to Covid 19 restrictions our Face to Face classes have been replaced with a Fully interactive Zoom classes for the remainder of 2020.
These classes are fully interactive just like our Face to Face Classes where you can talk to the trainer in real time and be guided through all the learning and assessment.

  If you are entering the industry and hope to gain employment in Sales or Property Management then the entry level lcence requirement is the Sales and Property Manager's Certificate. This Certificate allows you to be employed by any Fully Licenced Agent in either field.
  
  The Full Real Estate Agent's Licence is for those wanting to work independently or perhaps own their own office and employ staff.
  
  The Certificate course is 3 days duration and the Full Licence Course is 6 days.  Most assessment is conducted in class over the course and there are no exams.
  All of complete Property Training Staff are fully qualified Trainers and Assessors and have had extensive Real Estate experience who will guide you through the course content and assessment items.
  
  The courses run from 9am till 4pm daily and morning tea is provided each day.  There are numerous eateries within an easy walk to get your lunch.  All training materials are provided and all you need to bring is a pen and a calculator.
