Our course includes the following units, allowing you to become a Chattels Auctioneer in Queensland which incorporates, livestock, cars, equipment, fine art, collectables and in fact, anything other than Real Estate.
- CPPREP4508 Conduct livestock auctions.
- CPPREP4125 Transact in trust accounts.
- CPPREP4509 Auction goods, chattel, or equipment.
This course is aimed predominately at Livestock Auctioneer’s however, does cover all types of auctions and the relevant legislation pertaining to each product or goods that are to be sold.
You will receive your learning resource material together with corresponding assessment booklets to complete in your own time. You will have access to Complete Property Training staff for guidance via email or phone support, if required. We offer you 6 months to complete your course.
The assessment requires you to film a mock or simulated auction, and we will instruct you as to what is required and the best way for that video to be created and sent back to us along with your completed assessment booklets.
Please Note: This course is offered via correspondence only and is aimed at people who have gained some auction call experience in the field.
If you feel you may want to venture into property auctions, you will need to complete the standard Auctioneer course which allows you to auction both real estate and chattels. This course is face to face and more hands on, with 2 days spent on legislative requirement and 2 days on the Auction call itself. For more information on that course –
