Due to our rapid growth, a new position has become available with Century 21 Lifestyle Caloundra. We are seeking an industry-respected Property Manager to join our young team. The role will require you to take over in the care/management of our local investment portfolio. Our team have a very progressive vision and take a lot of pride in our work.

With an impressive portfolio including a number of exceptional, architectural styled properties, we are looking for someone confident and capable of managing their own portfolio of properties whilst passively facilitating its growth. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their property management career.

The role will require you to:

- Manage a clean and quickly growing portfolio of quality properties
- Use Property Me management Software
- Effectively liaise with Tenants/Owners
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Entry & Exit inspections and reports
- Rental arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Writing and loading managements onto the web portals
- Process new tenant applications

The successful candidate must have:

- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- A current driver’s licence
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Polished, corporate presentation
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Be a "solutions focused" person with excellent problem solving skills
- The ability to effectively manage their time and work autonomously
- But most importantly just be a friendly, happy and humble person
