This role will provide support to the Sales and Business Development team as well as assisting in some aspects of Property Management assistance.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, a high level of personal presentation and professionalism, strong computer skills and a high level of attention to detail.? This role will ideally suit someone who wants to build a long-term career within the Real Estate Industry.

The role:

Joining the?team, you will take ownership of supporting our Sales and BDM Team as well as some Property Management support

Manage incoming and outgoing calls, email enquiries in a professional manner

Expertly managing relationships with internal and external customers

Support to the Sales and Property Management teams with various tasks including but not limited to sales contracts, Listing paperwork, advertising, lease preparation, CMA’s, Console setup and general admin duties.

Your skills and experience:

Successful real estate experience

Experience with RP Office software for Real Estate (highly regarded)

Strong numerical and IT skills?

Zoho CRM experience preferred although not essential training will be provided

Console Gateway experience preferable

Realworks experience

Expert customer service skills

Exceptional presentation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Drivers Licence (preferred)

Real Estate Course/Registration in QLD
