We are seeking an energetic, fun, and hard working personal assistance to join our team.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- A Real Estate Licence
- Be confident, engaging and with superior communication skills a MUST
- experience in real estate sales is a bonus!
- A current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
- Strong computer skills
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the industry and the market

A bit about your role:

You will provide support and assistance throughout the sales process

Liaise with buyers, vendors, & solicitors

Help with open homes, Auctions & private inspections – Preparation & pack down

Database management & data entry

Build relationships and contacts

Prospecting to obtain new clients via door knocking, cold calling, appraisals

Preparation of vendor reports, prelisting kits, exchanges & settlements

Respond to enquiries through our CRM, portals, emails & via phone call

Maintain a well-groomed profile in accordance with industry & company standards
