A Real Estate Traineeship, or Certificate IV in Real Estate (Property Services) is a qualification from the current Real Estate Training Package CPP 40307, this goes above and beyond the current Certificate and Licencing requirements for Real Estate Agents in Queensland. The main reason that Traineeships still hold popularity is that they can attract Government Funding for eligible students (*conditions apply), up to $4000 being the current figure. When you consider the entire cost of the Certificate IV in Real Estate (Property Services) is almost half this amount, employers are substantially better off under this scheme.
Our Real Estate Traineeships are tailored to suit the three main job titles in the Industry. Sales, Property Management and Auctioneering.
